All of Blackford Design's orders are shipped by Canada Post as an expedited parcel and are insured for the full value of the shipment.  The shipping rates are determined by the size, weight and destination of your purchase and are clearly displayed during the online  ordering process.  Delivery of your purchase will occur within 2-4 weeks of placing your order, depending on which products you order.  For example the delivery date for  a Bamboo Scarf would be 2 weeks or less,compared to the delivery date of one of our Lace-up Coats, which would be 4 weeks after the date of purchase.  Remember,all of Blackford Design's creations are handmade by the artist,Stephanie Blackford.  Also,Blackford Design will contact you with an approximate delivery date within 48 hrs of receiving your order confirmation.   To track the progress of your order  just Contact Us for an update!  If you are not comfortable ordering on the internet or you are placing a custom order please give us a call at 1-877-752-0448.                                                                                                                                   With regards to our return and cancellation policies,Blackford Design will issue a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.  After the 24 hour grace period has been exceeded we will gladly exchange your purchase or provide you with an in store credit to be used towards your next purchase,providing the following conditions are met:

• All items must be returned  in 100% original condition.
• Blackford Design must be notified of the intent to return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Before you proceed with your return you must Contact Us to obtain a Return Authorization Code and the mailing information.
• All items must be fully insured upon their return.
• The original shipping costs will not be included in the exchange value or in store credit,if your order has been shipped.
